neighborhood Stability Program

One village at a time

Our Founder, Aquil Bey maintains his passion to assist others. He displays his  commitment to the safety and security of Baltimore residents through the development of our Neighborhood Stability Programs. It is through his experience as a US Army Green Beret, that Aquil has understood the importance of achieving US objectives through the organizing, training and equipping of residents in host nations around the world. Aquil is a force-multiplier at heart and our goal is to improve the conditions within the city of Baltimore by meeting governmental and support agencies halfway through our community-based programs.
